How to delete your account and data

To delete your AdSpecIt account and all associated data, email hello@adspecit.com from the email address registered to your account, with the subject line "Delete my account".

We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and permanently delete your data within 7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once deletion is complete.

What gets deleted

  • Your AdSpecIt account record (email, name, password hash)
  • All audit reports generated for your account
  • All Meta access tokens stored on your behalf
  • Audit job history and queue records
  • Product analytics events tied to your account
  • Error logs and traces tied to your account

What we retain

We retain transactional records (invoices, charge IDs) for 7 years as required by tax and audit law. These records are stripped of personal identifiers where possible and held under access controls.

Disconnecting Meta access without deleting your account

If you only want to revoke AdSpecIt's access to your Meta account — without deleting your AdSpecIt account or past audit reports — go to Meta Business Settings → Integrations and remove AdSpecIt from your connected apps. Your account remains, but you will not be able to run new audits until you reconnect.
