Service description

AdSpecIt is an AI-powered Meta Ads auditing tool. You connect your Meta Ads account, and we generate a scored audit report with findings and recommendations. The audit is an opinionated assessment based on your account data at a point in time. It is not a guarantee of future performance and should not be the sole basis for advertising decisions.

Beta status

AdSpecIt is currently in public beta. The service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We may experience outages, change features, or adjust pricing during the beta. We will give reasonable advance notice of breaking changes by email and on this page. There is no formal service-level agreement during the beta period.

Account and credits

Your first audit is free. Additional audits require credits, purchased individually or in packs via Stripe. Credits are tied to your account and do not expire. Credits are not transferable between accounts.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@adspecit.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Refunds

Credits are refundable within 7 days of purchase if unused. We will refund any audit credit in case of audit failure, incorrect billing, or duplicate charges — contact hello@adspecit.com with the audit ID. Refunds for completed audits are reviewed case-by-case and granted at our discretion. We do not refund credits older than 60 days.

Acceptable use

You may only connect Meta Ads accounts that you own or have explicit authorization to audit. You may not resell audit reports without permission, attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the service, interfere with the operation of the service, or use the service to generate misleading or fraudulent content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Account termination

You may close your account at any time by following the steps on the Data Deletion page or by emailing hello@adspecit.com. We may suspend or terminate your account with reasonable notice for violation of these terms, except in emergencies (active abuse, security incidents) where we may act without prior notice. On termination, unused refundable credits will be returned per the Refunds section.

Disclaimer

AdSpecIt provides audit reports as-is. We do not guarantee that implementing recommendations will produce specific results. The audit reflects a point-in-time analysis based on the data available from your Meta account and should be treated as one input among many in your advertising decisions. Findings may be incorrect, incomplete, or misleading — particularly for accounts with sparse data, unusual structures, or non-standard conversion events.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdSpecIt's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific audit in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data, arising from your use of the service.

Data Processing Agreement

For business customers requiring a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for GDPR or other compliance purposes, contact hello@adspecit.com. We will sign our standard DPA at no cost. See our Privacy Policy for the list of subprocessors we use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service will be resolved in the courts of Singapore.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email and announced on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
